Warren obtained a Master of Science in Health Technology Assessment from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. He has previously worked as a Health Financing Associate for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) in Zambia. Mr Simangolwa is registered as a PhD student in the School of Applied Human Sciences. His PhD research will focus on equity and efficiency trade-offs in healthcare priority setting for universal health coverage for health benefits packages in fiscally constrained contexts in Zambia.
