Sandram Naluso is employed at the Machinga District Health Office in Malawi. For his PhD, he will conduct a critical analysis of the effectiveness of health system decentralisation for the purposes of cost reduction, efficiency and improved accessibility. His aim is to return to Malawi and work with the Ministry of Health to contribute towards the achievement of Universal Health Coverage in his country.
