Edward is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Human Nutrition and Home Economics at Kyambogo University in Uganda.
His ambition is to become a leader in human nutrition and health research to inform and influence policy in country and Sub-Saharan Africa. His PhD topic is nutritional and sensory properties of a complementary food formulated from pumpkin and dry beans in Uganda.
