Ramatu has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Ghana. Her previous work has included nursing leadership positions in hospitals across Ghana. Her professional affiliations include the Nurses and Midwives’ Council for Ghana; the Ghana Registered Nurses Association; the Ghana General Nurses Associations; the Nurse Educators Association and the Fellow West African College of Nursing. Her current work includes lecturing nursing students at the Garden City University College, Ghana.
