Murphy’s PhD research focuses on the influence of transaction costs on the efficiency of HIV/AIDS programmes in Malawi. He has a background in Policy Studies and Economics. He has over 15 years of experience working with the Government of Malawi and numerous multilateral organisations in the development field including programme design and management, governance, organizational development, and financial management. His area of interest in research is Economics.
