Abebe Badacho

Abebe’s PhD research focuses on “Strengthening and Sustaining Services for Diagnosing Major NCDs in PLWH at PHC in Ethiopia”. He is from Ethiopia and obtained his Master of Public Health in Health Services Management from Jimma University in Ethiopia. He has previously worked as a Lecturer and Dean of the Graduate Studies in Health Sciences and Medicine at the Wolaita Sodo University in Ethiopia.
After graduating, he intends to apply his knowledge to strengthen and enhancing the health system in Ethiopia and elsewhere in Africa through research-driven solutions and further collaboration for Post Doctoral research.
His research interest is addressing multiple chronic care needs of PLWH comorbid with NCDs through health system strengthening and the integrated health services delivery model.
