Wilondja is currently the Programme Administrator at HEARD, and monitors all projects within the company as well as providing project management support. He began at HEARD in 2008. He previously worked in the Biomedical Research Ethics Section-Research Office at University of Kwazulu Natal, as an assistant administrative officer.

Wilondja originally comes from Democratic Republic of Congo, he relocated to South Africa and completed his Masters of Arts (Sociol Policy Programme) at University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College). He also obtained his B Admin (Human Resources Management) through University of KwaZulu-Natal. Wilondja has successfully published an article, in the South African Labour Bulletin.
