Jeff Gow

Dr Jeff Gow specialises in the economics of health generally and HIV/AIDS in particular. He is a Professor of Economics at the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, Australia.. His links with HEARD go back to 2000 when he spent a year in Durban as Acting Director of the organisation.
