Simone Bessick

Simone joined HEARD in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. She has a Diploma in Travel and Tourism.

Her duties at HEARD were comprised of Filing of Contracts, HR Filing, Conversion of Filing Systems (Hardcopies & Electronically). Office Admin, Creating Matrices & Spreadsheets for a number of projects and events, Short listing Applicants for vacant posts, Project Admin, Switchboard Relief, Receptionist Duties, Assisting with events co-ordination.

Simone then went on to become the Assistant Programme Administrator Duties: Conversion of Filing Systems (Hardcopies & Electronically) Assisting with Events Co-ordination, Travel arrangements for Staff, Arrange meetings for different projects and events, Provide backup service for different Office Administration Functions, Record of Minutes for Various Meetings with Government, Management Operations Team, Staff and the like.
