Key drivers - looking at impact health systems over a period of time from 2003 - 2007 and currently which are used to facilitate to inform policies, working closely with the deptartment of health and partners.

Health systems look at how management has been able to implement policies and planning to assist the reform process!

The project will compare an HIV programme and non HIV programme to determine the impact HIV has had on management's implementation!
It also looks at coordination of the health system at how health programmes are coordinated with sectors outside of health by specifically focussing on structures and administration. Costing of comprehensive care : by examining a specific programme this project will highlight the benefits of holistic care community based.
