Nalini Sharma joined the HEARD team on 1 December 2001 as their Bookkeeper. Prior to joining HEARD, Nalini spent 1 year working at the Centre for Social Legal Studies (UKZN) and 5 years at the Education Policy Unit (UKZN).

These years of experience allowed her to bring extensive knowledge in Accounting within an NGO environment to the organization.

Nalini holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. As Finance Officer, she, inter alia, assists HEARD's Financial Manager, oversees the day to day operations of the Finance Department and manages all the Finance aspects of our relations with our Donors.
